A.M Residence is a contemporary residential project in Pembroke Pines, Florida, designed around architectural scale, natural materials, sculptural furniture, and a warm connection between indoor and outdoor living. From its illuminated exterior and dramatic double-height living room to its private home theater and rooftop terrace, every area presents a cohesive balance of modern sophistication, comfort, and functionality.

At Andrea Anez Interiors, the vision for this residence was to create more than a collection of beautiful rooms. The objective was to develop a complete interior experience in which architecture, lighting, furniture, materials, and landscaping feel intentionally connected. Warm wood finishes, natural stone, textured surfaces, neutral upholstery, integrated lighting, and organic forms establish the visual language that continues throughout the home.
