Paramount Residence

Paramount Residence is a luxury Miami interior design project created by Andrea Anez Interiors for a sophisticated urban lifestyle. Set within a high-rise residence overlooking the Miami skyline and waterfront, the interior combines contemporary elegance, dramatic contrast, and highly personalized details to create a home that feels both refined and lived-in. The design is defined by a rich palette of espresso wood, matte black surfaces, warm bronze accents, creamy upholstery, and elegant veined stone, creating a cohesive atmosphere throughout the residence. In the main living room, a large curved ivory sectional softens the architectural lines and establishes a comfortable setting for conversation, while sculptural coffee tables, layered neutral textiles, and a statement wall installation add depth and visual interest. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the space and frame the surrounding city and water views, connecting the interior with the Miami lifestyle. The kitchen features dark custom cabinetry, a stone island, integrated appliances, fluted detailing, and elegant cream counter stools with brushed brass bases, combining functionality with the refined character of a modern luxury kitchen. Throughout the home, custom lighting plays an important role in the design, including sculptural pendants, glowing wall fixtures, concealed LED details, and illuminated architectural elements that create warmth and dimension after sunset. The residence also includes a dramatic powder room with dark wood cabinetry, stone surfaces, brass fixtures, and layered mirrors, as well as a serene primary bedroom with a soft upholstered bed, warm caramel bedding, marble wall panels, and expansive windows. A secondary bedroom introduces a more personal and expressive mood through black fluted walls, textured surfaces, a sculptural bedside lamp, and a guitar displayed as part of the décor. The custom media room creates an immersive entertainment experience with burgundy walls, black leather seating, framed film artwork, integrated speakers, and moody ambient lighting. Every element of this Paramount Residence was carefully selected to balance comfort, functionality, and visual impact, reflecting Andrea Anez Interiors’ approach to high-end residential interior design in Miami. The result is a contemporary luxury home where custom details, sophisticated materials, architectural lighting, and personal expression come together to create an interior that is elegant, memorable, and designed around the way its residents live.
