Viera Residence

This project started with a very clear idea: to create a home where design doesn’t just look good, but truly feels right. From the beginning, we wanted each space to speak of balance, comfort, and style—without losing that warm, livable touch that makes a house feel like home. Natural light plays a key role throughout the home. We worked to let it flow freely, enhanced by a palette of soft tones, noble materials, and textures that feel good to the touch. From the social areas to the kitchen and more private corners, every detail was chosen with the way people actually live in mind. In the dining room, the combination of leather, stone, and matte black creates a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The camel leather chairs wrap around the travertine marble table naturally, while a blown-glass chandelier adds lightness and personality to the space. Art, greenery, and thoughtful accessories complete the look without overwhelming it. The living room is warm and modern, with curved furniture pieces and darker accents that contrast beautifully with the soft cream of the main sofa. We focused on creating a sense of balance between organic shapes and inviting pieces—perfect for gathering, talking, or just relaxing. Everything, from the coffee tables to the decor, was chosen with intention and designed to complement, not compete. The kitchen is both functional and beautiful. Light wood cabinetry and natural stone countertops create a clean, warm foundation, while the gold faucet and glass lighting fixtures add just the right amount of refinement. The dark green velvet stools became one of our favorite details—not only are they comfortable, but they visually connect the kitchen to the rest of the home. One of the most special features in the project is the TV wall. Designed with textured panels and subtle backlighting, it adds depth and visual interest to the room without needing extra decor. It frames the living area in a way that feels architectural and effortless. We also designed an office that invites focus, using materials that support productivity without distracting. A solid wood desk, soft wall textures, and neutral curtains create a calm and inspiring space, while a black shelf holds both books and decorative pieces we love. Every corner of this home was designed to be lived in, to feel comfortable, and to reflect the people who call it home. This project is a perfect reflection of how we work at Andrea Anez Interiors: with heart, intention, and the belief that great design is made to be experienced, not just seen.
